Mark Fadely - Founder
Mark Fadely grew up on the northwest side of Indianapolis and attended Brebeuf High School. He launched his early career in sales by working for a local remodeling company. From here, Mark ventured into the home improvement business and created Fadely Home Design in 1994. In his free time, he enjoys golf and photography.
Christopher Pasa - President
Chris is from Boone Grove, Indiana which is a small town in northwest Indiana. He moved to Indianapolis after attending Ball State university. He has been in the window industry for the past fifteen years. He now lives in Carmel with his wife and seven year old daughter. During his time off Chris enjoys golfing and doing various remodeling projects around his house.
